VAKO – 100% Quality
VAKO stands for 100% quality and expert based manufacturing. Every single component is subject to an extensive internal and external supervision in respect to material and weld quality. Non destructive-testing as well as testing coupons for destructive testing ensure the requested product quality. The manufacturers QA/QC is specificaly external supervised. Inspections are carried out by e. g. by TÜV, Lloyds, BV, SGS, Ingenieurbüro F. Braun, etc.
Customer-side inspections or inspections by third party inspection companies are accompanied by our professional project management.
These extensive efforts pay themselves.
Certified safety
Since the year 1993 we established a quality management system acc. to DIN EN ISO 9001. We are certified acc. to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 since September 2018 by TÜV CERT. Furthermore we are qualified and certified acc. to ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Div. 1, with “Certification Mark“ (former U-Stamp) since the year 2000. For deliveries to the TR CU customs union (Russian Federation etc.) we possess a serial certification acc. to TR CU 032/2013 and manufacture selected pressure vessels acc. to GOST R 52630, (PB 03-576-03 / PB 03-584-03).
There are approvals for a wide variety of acceptance companies.
